ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、「心斎橋OPA本館」を売却する。 物件は、大阪市中央区西心斎橋にある、1994年竣工の商業施設。一括貸しのテナントが2026年4月に退去となるため、退去後の運用について様々な選択を検討した結果、2026年6月から2029年5月まで6期に分割して売却することを決定した。売却額は431.12億円。簿価との差額は216.22億円。 これに伴い第46期（2026年11月期）～第51期（2029年5月期）に計211億円の売却益を計上する。売却益を分配することにより、第46期～第51期の1口当たり分配金は1,000円以上増加する見込み（業績予想は未開示）。
