A diversified J-REIT focused on office buildings. Its investment policy calls for investing primarily in Tokyo commercial properties, which include office buildings and commercial facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area, as well as next-generation assets such as private nursing homes and network centers. Its sole sponsor is Hulic Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with Mizuho Bank. The J-REIT was established with an investment amount of 100,000 JPY per unit, effectively carrying out a 5-for-1 unit split. The forecast dividend for the period ending February 2015, a normal six-month reporting period, is 2,797 JPY per unit. (As of April 24, 2014).
