Owns consistently profitable properties there by exchanging properties with its sponsor. Its holdings of commercial facilities around the Umeda district have greatly declined since it was listed. It has invested in Tokyo since 2007. The forecast dividend has been consistent since the period ended November 2010, and the dividend for the period ended November 2013 was 12,700 JPY per unit.
