A complex-type J-REIT that invests in office and residential properties. NTT Urban Development Corporation became its main sponsor starting in May 2010. Changed its bylaws in March 2011, expanding its investment target region outside the greater Tokyo area. Has seen a prolonged slump in office building profitability owing to the strong impact of the deteriorating lease market. The forecast dividend for the period ending April 2014 is 9,680 JPY per unit, and that for the period ending October 2014 is 9,300 JPY, but it plans to use internal reserves.
