A residential focused J-REIT. First listed on JASDAQ at 200,000 JPY and in July 2011 listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. More than 60% of its unitholders are individuals. Its sponsor is Pitat House, a real estate broker with offices nationwide. Focused primarily on properties in central Tokyo and its vicinity. Most of its portfolio consists of properties where the per-unit rent is low, providing a base for stable lease income. The forecast dividend for the period ending April 2014 is 4,150 JPY per unit, and that for the period ending October 2014 is 4,010 JPY. (Information as of December 19, 2013.)
