A residential focused J-REIT. First listed on JASDAQ at 200,000 JPY and in July 2011 listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. More than 60% of its unitholders are individuals. Its sponsor is Pitat House, a real estate broker with offices nationwide. Focused primarily on properties in central Tokyo and its vicinity. Most of its portfolio consists of properties where the per-unit rent is low, providing a base for stable lease income.
