Is registration free?

Yes, all content for registered users is provided free of charge.

How do I make changes to my registered information (email address / password)?

You can change your registered email address and password by going to “Change Registered Information” on the top right of your My Page.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can have your password reissued from “Forgot Your Password?” on the login screen.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by going to “Cancel Membership” located in the footer.

I have questions about the individual REIT on this site.

The JAPAN-REIT.COM Governing Secretariat cannot respond to questions on the individual REIT appearing on this website.
Please contact a securities company or the individual REIT directly.

How do I receive email updates on a specific listed J-REIT?

You can select the listed J-REIT from your My Page.
In addition to email updates, you can view information on your selected listed J-REITs from your My Page.

What is the cap rate on the property details page?

This website does not provide information on cap rate, but our fee-based JAPAN-REIT DB service provides not only the cap rate but also revenue data for each property.

What is the “beginners” mark?

Click on the “beginners” mark for an explanation of that particular screen. Explanations contain information on how to use the screen and cautionary statements.
