ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、神奈川県川崎市に保有するマルチテナント型の商業施設2物件を売却する。2物件の売却額は計184億円。 ともに今後の修繕費等の増加リスクを考慮し、売却を決定した。 売却額と簿価の差額は計16.18億円となり、2025年11月期及び2026年5月期に売却益が発生する見込み。売却益は分配する予定だが、業績予想への反映は7月17日公表予定の2025年5月期決算発表時に合わせて発表する予定。
