ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、物件入替えを発表した。UURは1月に、2025年～2027年の3年間で資産規模の10％（600億～900億円）の物件売却を実施する方針を発表している。 取得する物件は、福岡市にある商業施設（ブライダル施設）と、大阪市にある有料老人ホーム。2物件の取得額は81.94億円。 一方、売却する物件は、「アクティオーレ関内」等商業施設2物件、物流施設1物件の計3物件。3物件の売却額は計112.6億円。 本物件入替えにより、築年数及び収益性の改善を図る。 これにより第43期（2025年5月期）に売却損45百万円、第44期（2025年11月期）に売却益359百万円計上となるが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
