ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、「川崎東芝ビル」を売却する。 本物件は、一括貸テナントである東芝デバイス＆ストレージが6月に全館退去する予定であり、これに伴い売却する方針を示していた。売却額は190億円。売却益は9.4億円を見込み、2024年11月期～2025年11月期までの3期に分割して均等分配する。 一方、「飯田橋プラーノ」を追加取得する。物件は、千代田区富士見にある、2009年竣工、38階建のオフィスビル。今回の取得額は3.83億円。これにより既に保有している持分と併せてUURの持分割合は土地11.84％、建物6.51％となる。 これらに伴い第42期（2024年11月期）予想分配金を修正した。川崎東芝ビルの売却益9.4億円のうち3.13億円を分配し、1口当たり分配金は3,800円と、1月に公表した業績予想に対し8.6％増となる見通し。
