ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、博多祗園エリアにおける土地を取得し、ホテルの開発プロジェクトを発表した。UURの開発案件は、札幌の高齢者住宅「グランダ宮の森」に続き2件目。 取得する土地は、福岡市営地下鉄櫛田神社前駅より徒歩1分に位置する。敷地面積は724平米。取得額は23億円。既存建物の解体と土壌調査を実施後、ホテルを建築し、2026年9月の竣工と同時にUURが建物を取得する予定。なお、本プロジェクトのマネジメント契約及びホテルオペレーターは決定済（詳細は非開示）。
