ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、JR武蔵野線東松戸駅より徒歩2分に位置する、2018年竣工、分譲マンションと商業施設で構成された複合施設。UURは、スーパーマーケットやドラッグストア、クリニック等テナント6社が営業する商業施設部分を取得する。取得額は22億円。 一方、売却する物件は、名古屋市中区栄にある、2006年竣工の単身者及びDINKS向けマンション。竣工時より運用し安定稼働しているが、鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却出来る点や、築17年経過し今後の修繕コストやマーケット環境を考慮し売却を決定した。売却額は14.5億円。 なお、これに伴い売却益310百万円が2023年11月期に計上されるが、業績予想の修正はなし。
