ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、府中ビルを売却する。 売却する物件は、府中市にある、1999年竣工のインフラ施設。KDDIに通信施設として一括賃貸していたが、2019年12月に退去後2年間空室となっていた。売却額は36.5億円。 なお、第36期（2021年11月期）に減損損失1,139百万円を計上しており、12月末時点の簿価は35.3億円となっている。 建物を3月に先行して売却し、売却先（国内法人）が建物を再開発する予定。土地は売却先と2年間の借地契約を締結し、2年後の2024年1月に売却する。 本売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
