ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、札幌市中央区にある土地を取得し、高齢者住宅の再開発プロジェクトを発表した。高齢者住宅の開発はJ-REIT初となる。 取得する土地は、札幌市営地下鉄西28丁目駅より徒歩9分に位置する住宅街にある。敷地面積は1,441.46㎡。併せてスポンサーである丸紅と開発事業のマネジメント契約を締結し、5階建、総戸数62戸の高齢者住宅の開発を行う。2023年5月の竣工後UURが建物を取得する。土地と建物建設費総額は14.03億円を想定。テナントとなる介護事業会社と予約賃貸借契約を締結予定であり、運用後のNOI利回りは5.8％を想定する。
