ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、保有物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、渋谷区に保有する、2015年竣工のメディカルビル。医療法人グループの株式会社ゼネラルに一括賃貸するが、収益力が低下している点、鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できる点から、売却を決定した。売却額は58億円。売却先はヒューリック。 本売却に伴い売却益14百万円が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
