ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、物流施設（うち1物件は敷地）を取得する。 ロジスティクス東扇島は、川崎港の物流集積地に位置する、2008年竣工の物流施設。2014年に本物件の全持分を取得したが、2016年に共有持分49％を売却した。今回は2016年に売却した49％を再び買い戻す。取得額は52.92億円。 千葉みなと物流センター（敷地）は、京葉線千葉みなと駅より徒歩12分、千葉港の物流集積地に位置する、物流施設の敷地24,466平米。物流施設の建物所有者と事業用定期借地契約を締結する予定。取得額は66億円。
