ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年半ぶり。 発行口数は55,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は8,250口。これにより発行後の投資口数は2％増の3,118,337口となる予定。 調達額は108億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は、兵庫県西宮市の「ホテルヒューイット甲子園」、石川県金沢市の「ザ・スクエアホテル金沢」の2物件、取得額は計183億円。取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は、2.9％増の6,486億円となる。 これに伴い、第31期（2019年5月期）及び第32期（2019年11月期）業績予想を修正。 第31期は、グランフォンテの賃貸収益、太平洋セメント住宅（メゾン浮間）の売却益を反映し、1月に公表した業績予想に対し2.4％増益を見込む。内部留保額を1,179百万円から1,227百万円に増額するが、1口当たり分配金は3,630円と前回予想を2.3％上回る見通し。 第32期は、ホテルヒューイット甲子園の取得により、前回予想比2.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,420円と前回予想を0.6％上回る見通し。 併せて第33期（2020年5月期）業績予想を発表した。ザ・スクエアホテル金沢の取得により、前期予想比1.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,470円となる見通し。
