ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、福岡・天神のホテル「ザ・ビー福岡天神」を取得する。 物件は、地下鉄天神南駅より徒歩1分に位置する、2017年5月竣工、10階建のホテル。総客室数は125室。ホテル運営会社であるイシン・テンジン・オペレーションズと固定賃料+GOP連動の変動賃料の賃貸借契約を締結。 UURは、本物件の開発型SPCの優先出資証券を2016年に取得。併せて竣工後の本物件の優先交渉権を有していた。優先交渉権を行使し、本物件の取得に至る。取得額は30億円。
