ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、第28期（平成29年11月期）決算を発表した。 第28期は「吉川物流センター」を取得する一方、「SK名古屋ビルディング」等8物件を売却した。「芦屋川西ショッピングマート」の売却益20億円等が寄与し、前期比10.1％増益。物件売却益のうち1,136百万円を内部留保する一方、一時差異等調整積立金より75百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,358円と前期を3.3％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは116物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,109億円、有利子負債比率は40.9％。 第29期（平成30年5月期）は「リーガロイヤルホテル小倉・あるあるCity」を166億円で取得する。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比8.9％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より75百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,400円と前期を1.3％上回る見通し。 第30期（平成30年11月期）は、固都税が増加するも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や既存物件の増収により、前期予想比0.6％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より75百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,420円となる見通し。
