ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、物流施設を裏付資産とする特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得する。 対象不動産は、武蔵村山市にある、平成13年竣工、4階建の物流施設。(株)サンリツが配送センターとして利用しており、稼働率は100％。9月時点の鑑定価格は18.3億円。 UURは優先出資を行うとともに、本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の行使期間は平成30年10月～平成31年10月。
