ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、7物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、名古屋に保有するオフィスビル2物件と、千葉県、東京、名古屋に保有するレジデンス5物件。築年数の経過に伴う競争力の低下、テナントの契約満了等を理由に売却を決定した。売却額は計106.6億円。売却先は非開示。 簿価との差額は-551百万円となり売却損が発生するが、9月に売却した「芦屋川西ショッピングマート」の売却益と通算し、第28期（平成29年11月期）は差引き1,245百万円の売却益が発生する見込み。但し、売却益を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
