ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、パシフィックマークス新浦安を売却する。 売却する物件は、JR京葉線新浦安駅より徒歩3分に位置する、平成5年竣工、合併前の日本コマーシャル投資法人が平成18年に取得、合併により平成22年にUURが継承したオフィスビル。 UURは、直近の稼働率が低下傾向で改善が難しい状況から、売却を決定した。 売却額は41億円、売却先は非開示。簿価との差額は348百万円となり、売却益が発生するが、業績予想への影響はなし。
