ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、安田不動産の開発型SPCの優先出資証券を取得する。特定目的会社の対象資産は、福岡・天神に平成29年4月に竣工予定のホテル「ザ・ビー福岡天神」。ホテルを運営するイシン・ホテルズ・グループと賃貸借予約契約を締結済み。UURはSPCへ優先出資をするとともに、ホテル営業開始から2年後を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。ホテルの取得価格は2,885百万円以上とする。
