ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、大阪・心斎橋にある「心斎橋OPAきれい館」。売却額32.1億円。簿価との差額は613百万円となり売却益が発生する見込み。本物件は、テナントである(株)OPAからの賃料減額訴訟及びUURからの増額反訴が平成24年より係属していたが、今年2月に判決が確定。売却に伴う懸念材料がなくなったことや、売却額が簿価を上回ることから売却を決定した。なお、隣接する「心斎橋OPA本館」は、UURが引き続き保有する。これに伴い、第25期（平成28年5月期）業績予想を修正。第25期は「ロワジールホテル＆スパタワー那覇」を含め3棟を取得する一方、上記物件を含め3棟を売却。これに伴う賃貸収益の増加、売却益837百万円計上により、1月に公表した業績予想に対し12.2％増益を見込む。但し、売却物件のうち「UUR築地ビル」「心斎橋OPAきれい館」は合併時の受入資産のため、税務上の売却損が発生する。これを活用して854百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,000円と前回予想を1.7％上回る見通し。
