ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が浦和のホテルを取得する。物件は、JR京浜東北線浦和駅より徒歩6分に位置する、平成11年竣工、20階建のホテル。総客室数は196室。UURは区分所有権（専有面積持分割合71.41％）を取得し、ホテルを運営する株式会社浦和ロイヤルパインズと固定賃料+GOP連動型変動賃料の長期契約を締結する。第25期（平成28年5月期）は、本物件の他に「ロワジールホテル＆スパタワー那覇」（取得額200億円）取得に伴う賃貸収益が寄与する一方、「UUR築地ビル」及び「ロジスティクス東扇島」の売却による賃貸収益の減少、売却益の一部内部留保を見込むため、業績予想の修正はなし。
