ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が保有物件2棟を売却する。売却する物件は、中央区入船にある平成11年竣工のオフィスビルと、川崎市・東扇島にある平成20年竣工の物流施設（準共有持分49％）。2棟の売却額は計110億円。簿価との差額は542百万円となり、第25期（平成28年5月期）に売却益が発生する。しかし、第26期（平成28年11月期）に「ダイエー碑文谷店」のリニューアル工事に伴い賃貸収入の減少、除却損計上を見込む。これにより本売却益の一部を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。なお「ロジスティクス東扇島」準共有持分残51％は、UURが引き続き保有する。
