ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は95,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し12,065口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.0％増の2,751,376口となる予定。調達額は172億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件はビジネスホテル「東横イン」3棟と埼玉県志木市にある丸紅の社宅1棟。4棟の取得額は計82.4億円。これらに伴い第24期（平成27年11月期）及び第25期（平成28年5月期）業績予想を修正。第24期は、期中に取得する4棟に加え、上記4棟が寄与し、前回予想比4.1％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するが、1口当たり分配金は2,910円と変更なし。第25期は、第24期に取得する物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前回予想比4.8％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,930円と前回予想を0.7％上回る見通し。
