ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第22期（平成26年11月期）決算を発表した。第22期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「ロジスティクス東扇島」等5棟を取得した。これにより前期比9％増益。投資口数が5.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,896円と前期を3.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは108棟、資産規模（取得額計）は5,200億円、有利子負債比率は47.9％。第23期（平成27年5月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、底地2件を取得予定。また借入金返済により有利子負債比率が約44.8％へ低下する。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比5％増益を見込む。投資口数5.3％増加により、1口当たり分配金は2,890円となる見通し。続く第24期（平成27年11月期）1口当たり分配金は2,900円となる見通し。
