ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は120,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し12,065口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.3％増の2,644,311口となる予定。調達額は229億円を見込み、併せて発表した3件の取得資金、借入金の返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、江東区有明の物流施設1棟を11月に、大阪のスーパー「ライフ」の底地2件を来年3月にそれぞれ取得する。3件の取得額は計116億円。これらに伴い第22期（平成26年11月期）及び第23期（平成27年5月期）業績予想修正、第24期（平成27年11月期）業績予想を発表。第22期は、前回発表後4棟取得（予定含む）により、前回予想比1.8％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,860円となる見通し。第23期は、上記投資口追加発行、底地2件を反映し、前回予想比5.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,890円と前回予想を0.3％上回る見通し。第24期は前期予想比0.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,900円となる見通し。
