ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第20期（平成25年11月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟取得する一方、3棟売却を行った。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や物件売却益の寄与、支払利息の減少等により、前期比16%増益。内部留保より432百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が3.2%増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,750円と前期と同額となった。第21期（平成26年5月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、支払利息の減少等により5%増益を見込む。内部留保より118百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成26年11月期）は、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は2,760円となる見通し。
