ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、保有するオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は、大田区にある昭和55年竣工のオフィスビル。合併前の日本コマーシャル投資法人から承継したもの。築年が経過しており、旧耐震基準であることから、売却を決定した。売却価格は4,370百万円。簿価との差額は376百万円となるが、業績予想の修正はなし。
