ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第19期（平成25年5月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、6棟の取得（うち1棟は追加取得）、2棟の売却を行った。新規取得物件の収益寄与、支払利息の減少等により前期比13%増益、剰余金より1,088百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が9.6%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となった。第20期（平成25年11期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益の寄与、支払利息の減少等により前期比10%増益、投資口が3.2%増加するも、剰余金より738百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成26年5月期）は前期予想比7.4%増益を見込み、剰余金より308百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。
