ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は190,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し12,064口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は9.6%増の2,305,447口となる予定。調達資金は217億円を見込み、併せて発表した4棟の取得資金に充当する。取得する4棟は匿名組合出資持分及び優先交渉権を保有する「ヨドバシカメラマルチメディア吉祥寺」を含め商業施設2棟、ホテル2棟。4棟の取得額は計401億円。これらに伴い第19期（平成25年5月期）及び第20期（平成25年11月期）業績予想を修正。第19期は、上記4棟取得により従来予想比8.6%増益、剰余金より1,245百万円を活用し1口当たり分配金は2,750円と従来と変更なし。続く第20期は従来予想比14.8%増益、剰余金より715百万円を活用し1口当たり分配金は2,750円と変更なし。
