ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第17期（平成24年5月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、ホテル1棟、底地1件、匿名組合出資持分2件を取得する一方、商業施設1棟を売却した。既存物件の賃貸収益が減少する一方、新規取得物件の賃貸収益の増加及び支払利息等の減少により、前期比4.3%増益、内部留保より934百万円を活用し、分配金総額5,784百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となった。第18期（平成24年11月期）は、レジデンス1棟を取得。既存物件の賃貸収益の減少により3.7%減益。内部留保より1,114百万円を取り崩し分配金総額5,784百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成25年5月期）1口当たり分配金も2,750円となる見通し。
