ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が、匿名組合出資持分を取得する。出資先は、新宿区四谷にあるホテル及びサービスアパートメントに投資予定の合同会社。合同会社は借入金3,500百万円及び匿名組合出資1,690百万円により、本物件を3月30日に取得予定。UURは匿名組合出資持分の14.8%を取得し、匿名組合の配当（想定利回り11.6%）及び本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成27年3月。
