ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）がホテル及び匿名組合出資持分の取得を発表した。ホテルは、地下鉄四谷三丁目駅より徒歩2分、新宿通り沿いにある平成9年竣工、13階建のホテル。テナントである(株)JALホテルズがホテルを運営する。一方、匿名組合出資は、JR吉祥寺駅より徒歩3分にあるヨドバシカメラ吉祥寺店を対象資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分（29.5%）。合同会社は12月27日にヒューリック(株)より当該物件を280億円で取得する。匿名組合出資の想定配当利回りは14.1%。これに併せて、UURは行使期限を平成26年12月とする対象資産の優先交渉権を取得。
