ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が商業施設の敷地及びオフィスビル（追加）の取得を発表した。商業施設敷地は、東急田園都市線藤が丘駅より徒歩5分にあり、ビバホーム横浜青葉店の敷地。借地人であり店舗を運営する(株)LIXILビバと20年間（残余6年8ヶ月）の借地契約を締結。追加取得するオフィスビルは、山手線浜松町駅より徒歩3分に位置する。UURは既に建物持分割合約70%を保有しており、今回の取得により約78%を保有することになる。
