ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、地震による投資口市況悪化を理由に、投資口追加発行及び物件取得を中止したことに伴い、第15期（平成23年5月期）及び第16期（平成23年11月期）業績予想を修正した。第15期は、取得中止した5棟の賃貸収入がなくなる一方、投資口発行費用や支払利息の減少等により経常利益ベースで従来予想比2.4%増益、分配原資は、負ののれんより103百万円を充当し3,992百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,750円と従来予想と変動なし。第16期は、支払利息の増加等により従来予想比15%減益、負ののれんによる剰余金の活用を見込まず、1口当たり分配金は2,750円と変動なし。
