ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人(UUR)が、地震に伴う投資口市況等により、予定していた投資口の追加発行及び売出を中止することを発表した。併せて予定していた5棟取得も一旦中止する見込み。これらに伴う業績予想への影響は改めて公表する予定。発行投資口の価格決定日が14日~17日のいずれかの日であったが、15日のUURの投資口価格は79,900円と前週末より20%下落。
