ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第13期(平成22年5月期)決算を発表した。第13期はオフィスビル1棟を取得するも、修繕費や支払利息の増加等により前期比0.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,294円となった。第14期(平成22年11月期)は、営業収益は横ばいだが、水光熱費や支払利息の増加、投資法人債発行費用等により7.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となる見通し。
