ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第12期（平成21年11月期）決算を発表した。第12期は物件の売買はなし。固都税や支払利息の増加により前期比4.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,459円となった。第13期（平成22年5月期）はオフィスビル1棟を取得。営業収益は微増を見込むも、営業費用の増加等により3.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,800円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成22年11月期）1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。
