ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第11期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第11期はレジデンス1棟を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比9.6%増益、1口当たり実績分配金は18,297円となった。第12期（平成21年11月期）は、増収となるも営業費用及び固都税の増加により7.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,900円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成22年5月期）1口当たり分配金は16,700円となる見通し。
