ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第10期（平成20年11月期）決算を発表した。第10期は7棟取得により前期比8.5%増益となるも、公募増資により投資口数が26%増加、1口当たり分配金は16,691円と前期を下回った。第11期（平成21年5月期）は1棟取得を予定し4.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,400円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成21年11月期）は増収となる一方、固都税の増加により4%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,700円となる見通し。
