ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第9期（平成20年5月期）決算を発表した。第9期は5棟を取得し、前期比9.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は19,368円となった。第10期（平成20年11月期）は、7棟取得により5.1%増益となる一方、投資口数26%増に伴い、1口当たり分配金は16,150円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成21年5月期）1口当たり分配金は17,400円となる見通し。
