ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。UURの増資は4年ぶり。発行口数は40,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,594口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で26%増の201,437口となる。調達資金は245億円を見込み、5棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する5棟は商業施設1棟、オフィスビル1棟、ホテル1棟、レジデンス2棟の計5棟、取得価格は計200億円。これに伴い、第10期（平成20年11月期）業績予想修正、第11期（平成21年5月期）業績予想を発表。2月に発表した従来予想に対して、上記5棟取得を加味し11%増益となる一方、投資口数26%増により、1口当たり分配金は従来予想を11%下回る16,150円となる見通し。続く第11期は、第10期取得する物件の通期稼働により第10期比7.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,400円となる見通し。
