ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人（UUR）が神奈川のオフィス商業複合施設の敷地（底地権）を取得した。取得する敷地は、JR根岸線根岸駅より徒歩15分にある、オフィス商業複合施設の敷地。インテリア店舗、レストラン、家電店舗、電算センターとして利用されている。UURは敷地の共有持分96%を取得する。 これに伴い、第9期（平成20年5月期）及び第10期（平成20年11月期）業績予想を修正した。第9期は従来予想比4.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,300円、第10期は7.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,300円となる見通し。
