ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第8期（平成19年11月期）決算を発表した。第8期は商業施設2棟を取得し、前期比0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,667円となった。第9期（平成20年5月期）は、2棟取得により3%増収なるも平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により0.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,500円となる見通し。
