ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第7期（平成19年5月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、商業施設1棟を取得し、前期比2%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,558円となった。第8期（平成19年11月期）は、スポーツ施設1棟を取得し3%増収を見込む一方、金利負担等の費用増により4%減益、1口当たり分配金16,800円となる見通し。
