ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第6期（平成18年11月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、レジデンス1棟の取得及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比6.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,197円となった。第7期（平成19年5月期）は、商業施設1棟の取得を予定し0.6%増収を見込む一方、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税の費用計上により5.1%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,300円となる見通し。
