ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が、名古屋のレジデンス2棟、福岡の店舗1棟を取得することを発表した。レジデンス2棟は、名古屋市東部、地下鉄「いりなか駅」より徒歩3分に隣接する。それぞれ平成9年、平成11年竣工。いずれも売り主である丸紅の子会社に一括賃貸する。店舗は、福岡・天神地区、西鉄福岡駅より徒歩5分にある、平成17年11月竣工の7階建て店舗ビル。アップルコンピュータ他1社が出店しており、契約時の稼働率は89.5%。
