ユナイテッド・アーバン投資法人が第5期（平成18年5月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、商業施設2棟、住居6棟、物流施設1棟の計9棟を取得し、当期利益は前期を8%上回り、1口当たり分配金は16,100円となった。第6期（平成18年11月期）は、第5期に取得した物件の通期稼働に伴い、さらに2%の増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は16,400円となる見通し。
